Tiropeta!

One of my favorite foods in the world is a Greek pastry called tiropeta – essential Greek cheese pie:  layers of phyllo, egg, Feta and butter.  How can you go wrong?  Friday night, Kelly C showed us her tips and tricks for making this delicious concotion:

keys to remember:  brush butter up the sides.  Score before baking.  Make it look pretty.  Yum!
